¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large egg whites, at room temperature
⅓ cup sour cream, at room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ cup pineapple juice, at room temperature, use leftover from can
2 tbsp milk, at room temperature
